Leeward is a comfortable 3-bedroom home located on the outskirts of Kingscote, offering the perfect base to explore all that Kangaroo Island has to offer - from pristine beaches and wildlife encounters to local food, wine and dramatic coastal landscapes.

Ideally positioned just across the road from the designated walking and cycling trail, guests can easily stroll or ride directly into Kingscote or head to the nearby beach for a swim, all right at your doorstep in a quiet and safe neighbourhood near Nepean Bay.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a fully renovated bathroom, along with air-conditioning for cooling/heating, an indoor fireplace with firewood provided and a spacious outdoor entertaining area complete with a BBQ, outdoor seating, sofa lounges and a TV - perfect for relaxed island evenings. Complimentary WiFi and Netflix are also included for your convenience.

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. The home is pet-friendly, with a refundable pet bond of $100 per stay for one pet or $140 per stay for multiple pets. Please note pets must not be left unattended indoors or allowed on furniture.
