Baywatch is a relaxed three-bedroom holiday home with absolute beach frontage, just a short stroll from the jetty and boat ramp precinct—perfect for fishing enthusiasts.

Baywatch offers breathtaking, uninterrupted beach and ocean views, making it the perfect retreat to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.

Enjoy the beautiful vistas from the open plan living area in year round comfort of air conditioning and complimentary WIFI.

Baywatch, a home away from home to suit couples or families with three bedrooms. A king bed and 4 single beds.

Smart TV, full sized shower, hairdryer, electric blankets, iron & ironing board. Weber BBQ, reverse cycle air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, family size fridge/freezer and full size electric stove & hobs. Toilet is separate to the shower facility.

Tariff includes all bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, tea & coffee and more.

Smoking allowed outdoors only.

Abundance of wildlife in the Emu Bay township including kangaroos, koalas, echidnas, goannas & penguins to name a few.

Pets are not permitted at Baywatch.

Entire house with beachfront views.

If it’s your first visit to Kangaroo Island, we recommend allowing 3–4 days to fully experience everything the island has to offer.

Please note, there are no shops in Emu Bay. However, just 3km from the township, the Emu Bay Lavender Farm & Cafe serve delicious coffee, cocktails, breakfast and lunch daily from 9 AM to 4 PM.
